How long does shipping take?
All orders require 1-3 business days for processing and 7-15 business days for delivery (may be longer during holidays).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of these countries, we will contact you.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
My tracking says "No information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, tracking information can take 1-3 business days to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you specify combined shipping.

Returns and exchanges
1. Contact our after-sales customer service by sending an email to toughmens@163.com. Request permission for returns and refunds/exchanges in accordance with our stated policies.
2. Place the item in its original packaging and seal the package securely. Then email us with return/exchange information (details below).
3. Select the postal service to which your return package will be sent. (Please use a trackable postal service. We will not be responsible if your package is lost or damaged during shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you add insurance to your returned package to ensure its safety.)
4. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of package.
5. We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or have not been delivered correctly.
