Refunds
We'll be dismayed if you're not 100% satisfied with the item you receive, and we've made it easy for you to return it.
Returns and exchanges
1. Contact our after-sales customer service by sending an email to toughmens@163.com. Request permission for returns and refunds/exchanges in accordance with our stated policies.
2. Place the item in its original packaging and seal the package securely. Then email us with return/exchange information (details below).
3. Select the postal service to which your return package will be sent. (Please use a trackable postal service. We will not be responsible if your package is lost or damaged during shipping. Therefore, we recommend that you add insurance to your returned package to ensure its safety.)
4. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of package.
5. We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or have not been delivered correctly.
